Rockstar games often celebrates new updates by giving away free vehicles to players. This will only allow you to play single player with trainer menus, i do not know a workaround for actual mods/replacers

I also replaced the configuration setting for the dot net file to “insert” but no changes at all.
My Gta Was Working Fine With A Few Mods On It But I Installed One Mod That Made It Keep Silent Crashing So I Ran Out Of Options To Fix It And Ended Up Verifying The Game Files And Now My Gta Is Running Again But With None Of The Mods Enabled.
Not even the simple trainer is working and i just get the default game.
Mods That Directly Modify Game Files Will (For The Most Part) Be Compatible With All Versions Of Gta Iv
